Outstanding and great pricing.

I been trying and trying to have a unit installed that is under warranty from Total Protect. HUBBS has the parts still waiting for a call. A Total Warranty supervisor call them and they assure her I been getting a call with the next 2 hours, they are setting up there install time now , that was 2 days ago, still waiting. I suggest look elsewhere, very unprofessional company. And there 24 hours service is a joke no one picks up the phone, at least not my calls, Total Protect run into the same issues NO ONE PICKING UP THE PHONE TODAY 7/11/2018 and they had to email them, good luck. As another person indicated they never call you back [Quote: This company told me they would call me back. Never did}. The worst company in my area, and the person that answers the phone is very unfriendly. I just call the warranty company again today and requested to have someone else install it. I been without AC since May the 6th. Is not all there fault, but been dealing with them for over a month now and they are very very unprofessional. Trust me ask your warranty company to assign someone else and avoid all the frustration we experience with HUBBS HEATING AND AIR, or you going to regret it! And they want an additional 1,200 dollars on top of what Total Protect is paying them, none negotiable. And after you agree to pay them and they have all the parts from Total Protect no call when it will be installed. I been a business man all my life and a US Navy Veteran (retired), and I always use to tell my employees, always treat our customers the way you want to be treated if you want to succeed, because you never know what the next day is going to bring us. You can be on top today out of business tomorrow. Our #1 priority is our customers! I would NOT recommend Hubbs Heating! I will be posting this elsewhere and I have 5,000 friends on facebook, i let them know also! I wonder if was the other way around and they had no AC for 3 months, with people with bteathing problems in the home.

Expedient and professional are the two words that best describe Hubbs during my service call. They were able to quickly diagnose and resolve my home A/C issue and provided a couple tips for me to prevent future issues as well.
