Dutch Quality performed extensive remodeling, including installation of a very expensive cedar roof. Dutch Quality’s use of improper roofing nails caused the shingles to fall off after less than 15 years. Properly installed cedar roofing typically lasts at least 50 years. Had to replace at significant additional expense.

I have posted negative reviews that do not....for some reason....make it on to the mainstream. I will attempt this again with some pointed reasons for others to take heed. —Gave company a considerable amount of money to do renovations and an extension of prior space. Result after 10+ years...Exterior walls uninsulated resulting in frozen and burst pipes. Ridge vents so cheap and poorly installed that leaks have occurred in multiple rooms.Ceiling drywall cracking in multiple spaces. Front Porce roof drainage so poor causes ice buildup on steps and a liability problem. Poor drainage for sumppump causing flood in newly finished basement...Outside faucets bursting....and lots more money to correct. Just another example of a sleazy, greedy company taking advantage of a trusting client.
