Tom Rinicker is a retired Naval Officer who has been a successful Home Inspector from 1998 to 2005 as Housemouse Building Inspections, from 2005 to 2010 as Inspectorhelp and now as 4D Building Solutions. Tom was the founding president of the Florida Wiregrass chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors and served as president for 5 years. He has presented on various topics including technology and Chinese Drywall at both local and national conferences.
