Rayfield home improvement

Casey quoted my house to be painted and ALL rotten and soft boards replaced . He also quoted me with staining my cedar shake house VS painting . I was out of town when he started the painting . He also quoted me about 2 weeks to paint . The house took him over 6 weeks to paint , and actually ran past the 4th of July ( agreement was it has to be done before July 4th ) . VERY MESSY PAINTERS ... all decks , driveway , and even furniture stained with the paint . The white downspouts had to be replaced because of paint . And he didn't use STAIN , he used paint . Not what I agreed to . But now , I am selling property , I have a contract on house , and the home inspection showed multiple boards that were rotten and painted over ( to hide the rotten wood ) . And now Casey will NOT return my calls , emails or text messages . Bad business . Beware of this guy ! NO Follow up . This is less than one year , and the rotten boards didn't just rot recently , and the paint was put on top of the soft wood . I am persuing legal action on Rayfield Home Improvements. You don't treat people this way and expect to get away with it . Also , please see the rating on Home Advisor . Just BAD BUSINESS
