They were going to service my Samsung fridge… but when the tech called me for my servce call, he was very rude and arrogant….. I asked what was the process for the warranty on my fridge and he got very upset and stated saying things like “ when costumers like you start asking questions, I don’t service them because of all of my years doing this business they are bad people” He also said “ I don’t need your business because we are very blessed and don’t want to waste my time with people that ask questions “ He also said they were …it… and that nobody else could service my Samsung fridge because everyone else in Laredo Tx were dumb…

Horrible Unorganized and entitled employees. Very rude and do not schedule appointments with enough time. Do not know what they are doing. My equipment was not fixed properly. They didn’t care and didn’t try to fix it properly.
