Strish A/C Service

I had Strish AC install a Fujitsu split system air conditioning unit at my home on June 12,2013. This past Friday my AC stopped working. I called Fujitsu to find out the problem based on the error code on the unit. The technician from Fujitsu said that my unit is an older unit and J told him it was installed in 2013 and was 7 years old . The person informed me that my unit is at least 10 years old. Be warned not to use Stridh to install anything. He apparently has no respect for customers and gives them old units. I am following up with Fujitsu on this product to see if this was remanufactured or if Strish sells old product Fujitsu person never heard of Strish AC
