Oscar is a total con man. He was supposed to repair my GE Washing machine. He charged me $230.00 and could not repair it. He was here 3 times and finally I told him I wanted $150.00 of my money back and he did give it to me. He messed up my dryer and pretended to repair it and charged me $100.00. Do not call this thief. He took the vent hose off. My son had to put it back on. He got away with $180.00 and didn't fix anything.
