I thoroughly enjoy working with Mike from Kool Mac! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented! I am a Realtor in Las Vegas and highly recommend him to all my clients with HVAC needs. He is very personable and friendly with clients. Above all, he is honest and straightforward and truly cares about doing a great job! I do not plan to call anyone else for my HVAC needs - especially after how many of my clients approve his work! I have been using Kool Mac HVAC for about 10 years now. I have a property management business and of course, I need AC work done at times. Gwen has been a joy to work with. She's very knowledgeable about HVAC. She's the one that receives and sets up appointments with my tenants. Mike is the guy that does the work on site. My tenants have stated he's very professional, and friendly. He's willing to explain what he's doing, and he cleans up after himself. I will continue to use Kool Mac
