Greenview landscaping

If I wrote this review 2 months ago, after it was just finished, this company would have received a 5 star review. The did an excellent job on installing the sod, I couldn't have asked for it to be better. It even included irrigation and a timer. Everything was fine, I was more than happy. Even after the first water bill arrived with a balance of $150 due. I figured it was because we had to excessively water the yard for the first month. Then the second months water bill was even more. I contacted Desert Rose to inquire if the amount was normal and he agreed that it was not and said he would come out and look at it at no charge. He then added that if there was a leak that he would give me a cost for fixing it. Since there was no system there before he installed it, I didn't feel it was fair I had to pa y more for him to fix what he didn't do right to begin with. But I figured I would find out what the problem was and figure out the rest later. Desert Rose ended the conversation promising to get back to me within the week to schedult a time he could come out. I still have not heard from him despite several messages attempting to get him out here. It has been almost 2 weeks ago. I paid more than $5,000 for my backyard to have a lawn and I think it is unprofessional and just bad business to treat a customer who paid so much for services that obviously are not worth it this way. I would have been content to patiently wait, if someone would respond and give me an update or even say "Hey I got busy, sorry can I get back to you in another week?" But I have been completely ignored. I will now have to pay someone to come out and look at it because I cannot keep paying water bills at such a high amount.
