Stay away from him, He is not a handyman nor is he a painter. He is a crook. Antonio Cunningham first bided on my Facebook post for painting and we asked him to come to the property. He seemed like a nice guy and acted like he knew what he was doing so we have him the job. After the first day, when he sent us the pictures, we saw that the paint he was using was not the paint he promised. When questioning him, he became rude and said " I am doing you a favor, you should be thankful" all I asked was if the paint he was using was good. I did not appreciate his attitude but I let it go. The next day his wife calls me and yells at me saying he will not finish the whole job and I offended him ect. I told her, no if she is going to pick and choose, I do not want him to do the job and he did not even use the correct paint. He then started texting me and threatening me that he will put a lien on the property and do a civil law suite. later on his "fake" lawer calls and threatens me saying I need to pay him 575 more for him completing 50% of the job. Well that weekend I went to see the paint job and it was horrible. Non of the prep work has been done and there were holes all over not patched. Worst of all he went to home depot to but a starter kit. What type of painter would buy texture and a starter kit from home depot. Any ways this kept going on and I asked him for my money back. He said do not contact him again and he will put a lien on the property. I got a lawyer to defend myself and seek for my deposit, however I did not proceed with him since I was busy and forgot about this situation. Today I get another message from his fake lawyer threatening me again saying I will be sued and there will be a lien on my property bla bla bla. This time I signed a retainer agreement with my lawyer and will definitely proceed to remediate my 450 plus harassments charges. Please take my advise and stay away from him no matter now nice he sounds at first. If you do not believe me read BBB, there are other customers who experienced the same. He will prey on the week and try to make money by doing nothing.

Antonio was great! He was understanding when we were several minutes late for the call, as we were picking our son up from school. Antonio worked efficiently, and made sure our dryer vents were clean and effective. Antonio even assisted us in an impromptu plumbing issue, right on the spot! We would use him again in a heartbeat!
