We had contacted Sol-up about adding a battery back up system to our solar system. We had set a date of October 23rd. They still have not started the project and it is the middle of December. They have no guarantee that it will be installed in time for us to get the government rebates this year. I called to cancel the contract and they want to charge us 850 to cancel.
