HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY The company owner Travis Nichols is by far the worst businessman I've come across. His unwillingness to help, resolve problems, and lack of professionalism is the worst you'll see. In September of 2019, their technician stole water from my property which was caught on our security cameras for over 7 minutes. After reporting it to the owner I was baffled by the foul language and his quickness to become defensive over what I had just witnessed. Instead of apologizing and saying it won't happen again, he proceeded to say, "who cares, how much of your water bill did I really run?!" What's sad is he thinks that the monetary amount equates to whether or not it's right or wrong. Its the principal, you don't take what isn't yours. He had no problem raising his voice, using foul language, lying about who he was (first he stated he was the manager then stated later he was the owner), insulting me and my line of work and then refusing to cancel our service! It's clear this guy is scrambling to keep his business afloat. He kept claiming he was a multi-millionaire and that "he doesn't have time for people like me." This guy thinks customer service is some sort of video game and he has to win at all costs. His service was never completed thoughly, sometimes they'd spray both inside and outside, other times just outside, super inconsistent. I had to play the telephone game in order to do any sort of coordination. Even trying to cancel my service has been a pain. They refuse to take no for an answer and are STILL sending technicians to my house even after asking to stay off my property. I even had to have my husband reach out to try to cancel and they still refuse. They will penny pinch you until the last drop, sending technicians to your house to later try and collect more money from you. If you are a person with good integrity and want to be treated respectfully, and you understand what human-to-human interactions should be, take my advice, stay far far away from this company. I've already reported them to the BBB; its unfortunate that businesses like this exist in our communities especially when we pay high HOA fees to be in a reputable community.
