Had multiple appointments for getting blinds installed. Said they would call where I could leave work 5 min away to arrange to be here said 3-5 I get here at 3 and there’s another note at door saying sorry we missed you. Terrible service

I hired Allglass from Lauren SC to fix 2 windows at my house. I paid them in advance because they said they could not order the glass until I paid for it. So I paid them with a credit card. I have called them repeatedly today, at least 3 times and cannot get hold of anyone. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has called me and no one has fixed my windows. If I could give them no stars I would. Do Not hire them.
