Salesman was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. Sent itemized quotes and brochures directly to my email to view. The bid was to expensive $2000 over lowest bid and the 13 Seer AC recommended was a discontinued model and not energy star compliant , should have been the 14 Seer. They did not recommend a new thermostat which the new furnace required for maximum efficiency.
