Controlled Comfort has been in business for over 40 years. Throughout its growth, Controlled Comfort has received many awards from Lennox, including the "Circle of Excellence" award, which is given to the top 25 dealers in our region. The "Dave Lennox" award is given to only the top 25 dealers in North America for quality and sales. In 2006 and 2007 Controlled Comfort has been awarded the Gold and Diamond Awards from Goodman Manufacturing for Quality and Sales. Employing certified and fully trained Journeyman mechanics and technicians that continually strive to stay one step ahead of today's changing technology. The term "HVACR" (heating-ventilation-air conditioning-refrigeration) covers a broad area. Maintenance, service, indoor air quality, humidity concerns, installation of equipment, ductwork, energy management-new construction plus much more. Our goal is to advise and provide our customers with top quality proposals for service, replacement, preventative maintenance or new construction to meet their individual needs. We realize each application is unique and we take pride in the personal attention we give each customer. Controlled Comfort also specializes in Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management Systems. These issues concern both residential and commercial applications.
