Great communication & OUTSTANDING services !! I needed my floors cleaned for the Thanksgiving holiday and was blown away by the results, my 7 month old daughter is into everything and has destroyed the living room area carpet. One call and D & M Carpet Cleaning was right there at my door. I thank them so much, I received so many compliments from my family and friends.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but the customer service along with the quality of work is worth writing about. The gentleman called to confirm a day before and upon arrival. We then went over again what I needed done and once completed a walk thru was done. I liked the communication before hand and how clean my rooms where once the cleaning was completed.
