Infinite Electric Inc Working with this company has been the worst experience that I have had ever. They do not care about the customer’s time or the impact they have on the customer. I needed my attic fan replaced and my warranty company contracted with Infinite electric for the job. Here is a timeline. 1. They were supposed to call me within 24 hours of my service request, they did not, I called them three days after the service request. 2. They asked me to go into the attic to take a picture of the fan, which is not safe as a homeowner. 3. They changed the scheduled appointment 3 times after the scheduled time. Each time they changed the appointment it was the day of the service after I already took the day off from work. Their excuses were that they were booked, did not get the part, part is still delayed, their vehicle broke down.
