All Star Remodeling

Francisco Figueroa put a roof on my home a year ago with a 10 year labor warranty. I have been trying to get him out to fix a leak for over 2 months. He kept telling me he would be out then just wouldn’t show up. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Buyer beware.

BEWARE! Francisco Figueroa of All Star Remodeling claims to be fully licensed and insured but is NOT, as confirmed with the Secretary of State. On 3/6/21 Francisco Figueroa was to perform exterior home repairs he claimed was his company's specialty. I hired him to make repairs to fascia board, sagging vinyl siding, and a small crack. He was also to pressure wash my house. He was to supply the materials and came with none, claiming he forgot them. He also forgot his step ladder & showed-up w/ a broken pressure wash machine. I had to go shopping for the materials he forgot. Not to mention he showed up 4 hours late. The craftsmanship of his work was poor. In addition, he damaged my gutter & dented them further attempting a repair w/ a hammer. He dropped caulk & paint all over my driveway & littered cigarette butts in my yard. He was to clip a vinyl siding panel that was sagging but used nails which cracked & further caused damage. He left unfinished repairs & didn't return on 3/7 to complete them & pressure wash, as promised. He asked for $400 in cash but to date, refuses to provide a receipt after numerous requests. He has since told me to call someone else to complete the job and blocked my calls. He has other online complaints & in hindsight, I should have done my due diligence instead of simply trusting my painter's recommendation. I have since filed formal complaints against this company. Unprofessional, unethical, unreliable and shady best summarize Francisco and his business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!
