I hired Dri-Tech in December 2023 to determine why the top level of my deck had sunk and to come up with a solution to fix it. Tyler Coleman, the sales and analytics agent determined that my cement footing had sunk and Dri-Tech would possibly raise it but for sure stabilize it for $10,300. I agreed to let them do the job. Upon exposing the cement footing it was determined that the entire deck was held up by one large footing, stretching the length of the entire deck reinforced with rebar. Not surprisingly, Dri-Tech was not able to lift the footing. When I noticed that there were no cracks in the cement footing, I looked further into the problem and realized that the first and second level of the deck were both completely level. As it turns out, the third level sunk 3 inches because the wooded support beams had rotted causing the floor to sink. I communicated all of this to Paul Bourbonnais, Dri-Tech Manager, but he is still demanding payment, and has gone as far as to put a lien on my house. Dri-Tech did not diagnosed the problem correctly and sold me on an expensive job that was unnecessary and did not solve the problem.
