Very disorganized and do not stick to a schedule. I scheduled twice and both times they were a no show. When I called to check in, they didn't even offer a reason like "I'm sorry, I'm just so behind today." I get it if you get over busy. They just asked for my address again and gave another time. It's particularly frustrating for me because I'm very busy and take time out of my schedule to wait for a no show.
