This guy is unprofessional and very very very dishonest person! He Lied about the size of the plants and trees. Instead of admitting it when I confronted him. He started to avoid the issues and personally make comments about me. He literally call me and was yelling on the phone and i make sure to yell back too! He think he can bully me! For the huge amount of money that i pay it is not done right. They didnt put soil around those trees instead put the clay soil that is underneath on top and around the trees and plants. I have to redo and removed all that. Trees were doing poorly and i send him a picture. He told me stop watering it by hand. I did what he advice and the tree got worst. Turn out it wasnt doing well because they didnt used soil instead they top the trees with the clay that was there and cover it with mulch. I had to spent so much time to redo the all the trees and plants. My neighbor was in my backyard for 30 minutes criticizing what he did. She even got down and show me how they should have put mulch around the trees and wall and she told me she can’t believe he would give me unhealthy looking plants . She was not impressed with it! And she told me that they should edge the flower bed and put border. In the contract he stated that he will have this and that plants. He plants stuff that i told him already i didnt like and he surprised me with plants that he did not put in the contract . ( that i dont like and he refused to let me return it and get plants that I like)And the one that he stated like the rubber ,plant he didnt even have that. Other landscaper that i used before have warranty on trees and plants. Not him! I wonder why? I asked him about it and he avoid that question. Thank god it was me who told him what to do with my yard because if i had let him do what he wanted , my backyard and front would look bad. He didnt even drew me a picture of what he plan to do. What he told me and when i saw what he was doing was different then i thought. I have to show him what should be done to make it look nicer. He was going to plant a lot plants in an area. I have to tell him to spread out and show them where and have to replant to make it look better. Like he doesnt even think that the plants will grow real big later on and will over power the flower bed. He is not a good landscaper in my opinion. I wish i waited for a reputable landscaping company instead. He was available right away and the reputable one i called was a long wait for more than a month. He was available fast and i wonder why? Im the customer and i feel like he like to do what he wanted instead of listening to what i said. I told him not to bring the tall palm trees because i have tall trees in the back and would look not right. Instead he went and bought two other tall palm. It looks bad so i have to cute down my trees in the back thAt i like. I told him that i will not be doing the pathway around the patio. I cant believe that he ignored that and even bought the material to try to install it . I have to tell him no . He would bring stone and stuff without even showing it to me first r at least send a picture. He have an attitude when i asked him to position my plants right. I really dont like his attitude! Before he came i told him not to talked to my contractor because my contractor wanted to do my yard and he even gave me a 3 d pic of the plan that he designed. I know that my contractor would asked him how much i paid for this. He went behind my back and told him anyway. That showed me he had no integrity and not a good character. To spent all this money and i am still running around to buy plants that i like to put in my backyard, because he had wasted alot of my moneybuyng plants that i dont like. Other landscaper would asked me what i like and tell me exactly where they will put it and how many.
