About CKHS Services LLC
NOW OFFERING DATA/SECURITY/HOME AUTOMATION!!! We are a small, locally, veteran owned handyman business, with over 16 years of experience, that strives to offer our customers the highest quality of home repairs, at a low, affordable price. We are a member of The Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, and a Garage Gator Certified Installer. Our owner is ACHP certified, a Life Member of the Handyman Club of America, and a Certified Texas Firefighter. All of our craftsmen complete 120 hours of annual continuous education to ensure that we meet and exceed the current standards. We also offer ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) compliant home modifications. We regularly offer holiday specials, and discounts to veterans and their families. We have years of experience, and we are willing to put that experience to work for you. We currently do not offer flooring, roofing, foundation work, or landscaping.

| Water Heater Replacement with Closet Rebuild | Dec 2016 | We had received a call from a customer whose water heater had gone out about 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas, and everyone he had spoken with told him that it would be approximately $5000 to do all the work, but it couldn't be done until after New Years. We rearranged our schedule in order to ensure that this family had hot water by Christmas Eve. The customer purchased the water heater that he wanted, and we came in and removed the old water heater and all of the damaged materials. The water heater closet was completely cleaned out, inspected, and treated to prevent any mold. A new closet was constructed using mold and mildew resistant drywall, and treated lumber. We also install a drain pan and drain for the new water heater, which were not previously present.
