Eclectic Kitchen Remodel in existing floorplan with the same L Shape and accent pieces of furniture. This kitchen simply received more permanent fixtures including a permanent island and pine cabinetry flanking the large window. Soapstone and walnut counter tops were desired as well as multiple wood finishes. Stain and cabinet colors pulled together this unique collection in a clean and stylish manner. A metallic white ceiling sets up the yellow to pop brightly from behind cabinetry.

This house had not been updated in 25 years and was in need. By removing the closet and wet bar that divided the living room and the outdated kitchen, we were able to open up the entire first floor space and open up the kitchen. All new kitchen compliments the transitional style presented throughout the home. All bathrooms contain new cabinetry, counters, plumbing and space. The entire home was touched for resale value and sold in 2 days.

First Floor Renovation to open up an outdated floor plan for a modern family. White cabinetry opens up the space with built in appliances and hood vent. Walnut wood island counter top surrounds a white apron front sink. School house pendant lights hang above island and forecast considerable light onto the island the ceiling. Windows with granite sills open up the only exterior wall to the kitchen.
