ASAP Sewer & Drain Cleaning

We were called out to a customer in Colchester, CT for a clogged septic line . We arrived located the clean out in the basement and used our mechanical drain cleaning machine to clear the blockage. What we removed was baby wipes/ cleaning wipes (see project pictures). Do not flush those or we may be visiting your house soon! We then used our sewer camera to inspect the line to ensure the line was cleared and there was no mechanical issues with the line. A camera inspection is always a FREE complimentary service with all of our sewer cleanings. Another customer up and running!

We were called to a commercial toilet clog at a local store. We used our drain cleaning equipment and out of the toilet that's what we pulled out..... a pair of reading glasses and an empty pack of batteries! Accidents happen and that's why we are here when you need us.

We were called out to a commercial apartment building which one units tub just would not drain. That sure is inconvenient. We used a drain cleaning machine with a smaller diameter cable in it to navigate the smaller pipe of the tub drain. That's what we pulled out a big old clump of hair. That sure was building up for awhile!

Here we had a residential customer who was having problems with there sewer pipe. Which we found out actually went to a septic tank that had never been serviced. With our specialized camera and locating equipment we located the tank and was able to show a clear picture of their pipe. We quickly arranged for a pump truck to come out and service their system. Problem solved!

Here we had a sewer clog that the clog was inside a commercial apartment building. Locating the clean out in the hallway our heavy duty commercial drain cleaning machine made quick work of that nasty clog. All the tenants in that building sure were happy to flush and shower once again. ASAP to the rescue!

Here we had an outside pump chamber which took care of two condo units. What had happened as you can see in the before pictures is that the discharge line (which is the line that the sewage pump ejects the waste it grinds up out to the city sewer or septic tank. It can be either a forced main or gravity) had ruptured. So every time the pump would kick on and cycle the sewage would bubble up from the ground. What a nasty mess! We had to use the excavator to dig up that area where the rupture was. Sure enough the line had ruptured. So we made the repair and backfilled the hole. As you can also see in the pictures every precaution is made to ensure a safe working area. Trench boxes (the metal box which is set in the hole to prevent cave ins) are lowered in with the excavator to protect the area. Project complete!

One chilly March night we were called out to a sewer clog in Groton. The homeowner had no use of any of their plumbing in the house. After evaluating the situation and a little investigating we figured out the best place where to clean their sewer line was. Buried in their back yard was a buried house trap. Knowing if we found this we would have entry to the sewer line to properly clean the pipe. Unlike the previous company who came out and tried from a different spot inside the house with no luck. With ASAP experience is key. With our equipment we located the trap and it dug up and THEN cleaned the sewer line properly and completely! Service restored flush away!

Here we had some pipes that ran underground in the street which had very important fiber optic cables ran through them. They were getting ready to pull new cables through two empty pipes. The electricians tried but they couldn't get through. ASAP was called to hydro-jet the pipes to clear up the blockage and use the sewer camera to inspect them. You can see here it was a busy street traffic cones and police to ensure the publics safety and our own. We flushed out the lines and used our sewer camera. The problem was that there was a break in the pipe allowing dirt and rocks to fall into the pipe. Our water jet cleared the pipe so we could see all of this with our sewer camera. The high tech locating equipment which is built into the head of the camera located where in the street the break was and told us how deep the pipe actually was. This was the line could be dug up and repaired.

We were called out for a clogged septic tank line. We used our specialized drain cleaning equipment to eliminate the clog. We then used our sewer camera to inspect the line and locate the tank. The customer did not know where the tank was located and it needed to be serviced. Another happy customer!
