these people had us come out twice and make a material list and kept saying they were interested and in 1 message said they was waiting on funds and on another message claimed they always had funds and kept post poning time and time again and even had me to do drawings of the project all i said initially was i was withdrawing the estimate due to the time frame estimate was good for then her husband starts mouthing and being a smart ass thats why i replied i love when people show their true colors as it makes me thankful i didn't take the project as they would have been too difficult to deal with and probably wouldn't have paid
