What a joke. To start with, I have degrees in software engineering. I brought in a computer to get the power supply replaced and this moron refused to work on it because it didn't have the right operating system installed. Very funny. For those of you who do not know, there is no need to even use the operating system to change a power supply. Its obvious he only wanted to go through my computer and dont know how to get around in Linux. . That's no different than him going through the glove box of my car to change a tire. The man obviously received his computer education back in the 60-70's and scared to death of Linux, the worlds second largest operating system. ANYWHERE else in town would be a much better choice for computer repair. This guy obviously specializes in little old ladies running Microcrap who who suffer from the usual microsoft crashes, malware, adware, viruses etc that microsoft deals with constantly. I wouldn't let him set my watch.
