Tri-Valley Contractors

I would rather not give any star to this contractor. He boosted how many years experience he had and I foolishly believed experience equals quality. Far from it!! After only 4 months of his “ completing” the shed, I found water leaks in three different places inside my building. I knew from the first day that his work was unacceptable. I unfortunately signed a contract so I had to stay with him. When he told me he was finished, I had a list of defects and unfinished work he promised ( voiced to me) and I didn’t want to pay him in full. He threatened to take me to court. Every time I asked him questions, he would change the subject and not answer them. I just wanted quality work . I had my foundation done by a true professional, Ridgeline Concrete, and Clyde Patches was offended when I told him I wanted a professional to do my foundation. At least, I did that right. I learned my lesson with this contractor, Clyde Patches. Please do not use him .. seems like he just likes the money and doesnt care about the customer! He even voided my warranty because I asked for a credit to get my sub flooring work done that he didn’t do ( as promised) He had the gall to stick his sign in my front yard. I only like to display and advertise for true professionals! I had my Ridgeline Concrete sign displayed in my yard because I was proud for the work Ryan did… not Clyde Patches.. he’s a joke to this profession!
