There were so many obvious problems with cracks in the walls and ceilings of the house we had inspected that didn't get shown on our report. Stress fractures in drywall under every window and above every door. Water staining on ceilings as well throughout the home. The home had so many issues. NONE of these things were included in our report. My opinion? I wasted my money ($650) hiring this company.
