After attempting to steer us away from our original choice (we were instructed by Mr. Ray to purchase our own supplies to sample our options), asking us to remove our appliances, charging $150 to remove and replace the trim, and charging 9% more than his quote, the floors turned out well. That being said, Steve Ray is the most unprofessional person we have ever encountered. He was threatening, rude and all in all an unpleasant person to deal with. Left details unfinished and when we inquired about those items being addressed, he replied with "I'm tired of this sh!t" He is aggressive and said it "would be in everyone's best interest" to remove this post Steer clear of this grump
