Shier's Family Tree Service

DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not reputable. I had a contract to have a tree removed and was told that they would have it done in a couple of weeks. After several correspondence with them with over a period of six weeks with no response to some of my phone calls, I finally left a message that I wanted to cancel my contract if the work was not done. I did get a phone call back and asked me not to cancel the contract because they valued my business. I asked for a date that they could get the work done. I was told I would get a call back which I did. I was told that they could have a crew out the same day but would have to charge an additional $200 because of the distance they would have to drive to cover their expenses. I asked why this was not taken into consideration when the bid was given and I signed the contract. I was not given a good answer other than they could cancel the contract. I told them to cancel the contract because they were not a reputable company and I thought I had a legitimate contract to get the work done. THIS COMPANT IS A SCAM!!!
