Prestige Roofing and Exteriors

You know how some of the best places to eat or the best deals in the valley you find out through word of mouth. That is the way I found out about Prestige Roofing. They have no website but they have an excellent “word of mouth” reputation. I did my homework got quotes from other companies and found that while there prices were competitive what really sold me on them was the warranty. "If any roof problem can be attributed to our application procedures, we will repair the roof free of charge for the warranted life of the material." Most warranties are pro rated or just cost of materials, or labor but not both. This made me want to look into them even more. Obviously I liked what I found and now that the work is done I am very pleased with the results. They replaced my roof, did work on gutters, and even replaced a few pieces of the fascia that came off in a storm. It is also there attention to detail and clean-up that set them above and beyond. If you tear off a roof you are going to have a lot of nails. They had tarps all over to gather them up. In addition they went over the yard several time with a magnetic broom to pick up the stragglers. It is a small thing, but attention to details like this are why I would, without reservations, recommend them to anyone who needs work done to there roof.
