GMK Enterprises is an owner operated business providing quality air duct cleaning, indoor air quality, and efficiency services to residential, industrial, and commercial clients in Eastern Pennsylvania. Our primary goal is to make you happy by offering products and services that are beneficial to you, and by providing you continued support for years to come. GMK Enterprises was started in January 2009 by Gary Kist Jr. Gary has been around HVAC all of his life and has experience working in the field. Gary has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University. Gary is also eligible for the Pennsylvania Real Estate license, and is a member of Sigma Beta Delta international honor society for business. Gary performs most of the work at GMK, and has a vested interest in providing you with quality service. Otherwise I would not put my name on it. - Gary Kist Jr. GMK uses the finest proven, video-assisted duct cleaning equipment to clean all supply and return duct work including the trunk ducts in the basement or attic. This unique cleaning method uses "well-controlled brushing of duct surfaces in conjunction with vacuum cleaning to dislodge dust and particles," as recommended by the EPA. The thirty-five foot hoses are able to reach every part of a duct system, and a variety of brushes accommodate all types and sizes of ducts. With multi-stage HEPA filtration, you are left with the assurance of fresh, clean, and virtually contaminant free air in your home or place of business. The air handler/furnace, coil, and blower are cleaned. Registers and vents are cleaned before they are reinstalled. Finally, any access panels are replaced in compliance with building code. Video inspection is used to verify quality.
