This 1950's home was located in the Northeast section in Lenoir in an established neighborhood. The clients were a couple that love to entertain for their family and needed a better workflow. The old kitchen was much cluttered and had a small entrance. The clients wanted to be able to interact with their guests as they prepared the meals and more room to move around inside their workspace! We started by removing a wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room to open up the areas for light and entertainment. Since we removed the wall it made a great location for the eat-in bar. We also updated the insulation, electrical, and plumbing to accommodate the new fixtures. We installed some beautiful character grade hickory cabinets with matching trim. We add the new laminate countertops that mimic the look of granite without the added cost. We finished by added matching crown molding and trim and a new coat of Zero-VOC paint. We were able to deliver this beautiful kitchen to fit our client’s budget needs. If you have any questions regarding any of our projects and our company please let me know!

The home was built with advanced froming techniques to ensure great energy performance. It has a metal roof, hardi-board siding, and energy star vinyl windows.
