  | Magnolia Hill Renovation | Nov 2014 | We renovated the whole entire exterior of this house. We demolished the existing carport and porch overhang to make room for their new pool. Next we renovated the roof by installing new decking, ice and water shield, and architectural shingles. An EP Henry paver patio and porch over hang was installed out back off of the master bedroom. All of the windows were replaced with premium Okna double hung windows. The windows were trimmed with large sill and crown molding. We installed special order Certainteed Cedar Impression siding over Tyvek brand house wrap. White metal capping was installed over all trim with white vinyl soffit. We framed in the corner where the original front door was. This added space to extend the kitchen on an upcoming remodel. We also built an addition where the carport used to be. Finally, we remodeled the bathroom. The bathtub was removed and we installed a custom shower pan with porcelain tile throughout. | $86k | Levittown, PA |
  | Cape to Colonial | Sep 2013 | On this project we removed the top floor of the house and framed in 8 ft walls. It was a Cape Cod and had limited space upstairs. We used scissors trusses to create vaulted ceilings. The customer didn't want the house to lose its character and asked if we could install small dormers on top. We obliged and doubled the dormers as skylights by framing an opening for them in the ceiling. We used Certainteed Special Order Siding. The color is Arbor Blend. We also ungraded the electrical panel to a 200 amp service, and installed sheet-rock in the downstairs vaulted breezeway.
