Rear storage room was converted to a new sunroom with large windows, patio door and skylights. Kitchen was expanded, removing walls to create large open spaces and archway entry into dining room. 3rd floor bathroom was renovated with marble floors and the claw foot tub was restore back to better than new condition. Slate roof was repaired and front porch took new life with built in gutters fabricated. Asbestos remediation was performed, and all new mechanicals were installed.
