A nightmare from day one dealing with Joe Melchioore. He was paid in full with 5K over his invoice for what Ceil calls upcharges. The stress from dealing with Joe and son Tony was so bad I broke my arm last day of construction and didnt get to use before Joe winterized first year and installing cover 2nd year we noticed water leaking under our crawl,space and pool losing water Joe never came out to help us Its been 2 years. Joe still hasnt helped. Joe hangs up when we call him because hes been paid!!! Joe will be going to hell for how he treated me. Weve been able to trouble shoot that Joes return lines are leaking. We will find the leak and sue Joe. But this will be too late as Joe has sealed his fate in hell ...This review wont hurt his business because no competition and Joe has a monopoly...but one day he will pay when he goes to hell
