Tile Market Of Delaware

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Tile Market in Lewes. At the suggestion of the saleswoman, we chose the most bold and beautiful countertop and designed the entire bathroom around it. We made our selections in October, and our contractor secured our order in December. I spent months imaging how gorgeous our dream bathroom would look. When they were finally able to install the countertops in April, we were on vacation. Upon returning home, I ran to the bathroom to see how it looked and was heartbroken to discover that they had installed the wrong countertop! Instead of my bold and beautiful choice, I saw a boring beige. THEN the store refused to make it right. They would not replace the countertop or even give us any money back. Instead of an apology, they LIED and told our contractor that we had agreed to it! In reality, they made the substitution unilaterally without ever talking to us. We never would have agreed to the change. But now we are stuck.
