Mike & another guy aka HomeRun Fencing built a Cedar fence for me and less then 2 months after the work was completed, the fence was wobbling and boards are starting to split. Mike was real friendly to my face but very poor customer service after the install was complete. I tried for 6 weeks to get Mike to resolve my issues. Finally he came out and told me I needed extra poles to keep the fence sturdy and wanted to charge me to install them. I wouldn't recommend their services at all. They aren't even a BBB accredited business. Mike basically ended up telling me to go fly a kite and their supposed attorney would be contacting me today. Starting today, I'll be exercising every means I have to make people aware of my situation, as well as my rights as a consumer in order to help make sure they don't do this to any other folks.

Poor customer service. The work done to my fence looked great at first but then started to falter. This company does not honor their customer service contract and refused to repair the fence. I'm retired military and would expect an American company to play fair. My wife and I are very sad about this.
