We listen to our clients wants,needs and wishes and come up with a plan they approve and then provide them an estimate. Sometimes we will meet a homeowner 3 times before getting to the pricing stage. I like for our homeowners to know there options in products and methods etc. If a homeowner decides to hire us they will know exactly what we are going to do to there home each step of the way. I've learned the more communication the better. It always works out better if everyone is on the same page.
