Ace Appliance Service

Came to repair and requested payment of $280 for parts. Despite countless calls to his business, hey claims his repairman has the funds, and no parts have arrived, more than two weeks later. His name is on check, and his signature, yet he denies having the funds. He is a crook--stay away

We had our dryer repaired by this company in May (heating element replaced and was over $200). We were told it was under warranty for 10 years on the part. By the end of July our dryer stopped heating AGAIN. We called and was told they would be out that day between 3-5 pm. No one ever showed or called. We called multiple times and left messages and couldn’t get them to call back. We finally called my wife’s number the next day and they told us the same thing they would be out that day from 3-5 pm. No one showed up or called again. We have kept calling again and no one will respond. We have been completely ripped off by this company.

I needed my refrigerator and dishwasher serviced - 2 guys showed up (late and I had to call them) to diagnosed the problems (which I had already told them what they were doing and had given them the make and model number over the phone). They said they would be back at 4:00 pm the next day. Well the next day at 4:00 they weren’t there so I called and he said they would be there in about half an hour cause his daughter had car problems and he had to go help her- - so I said ok! An hour later they still weren’t there so I called again and he said they were on their way. So when they did show up, they one guy worked on the refrigerator and the other guy worked on the dishwasher. The dishwasher still didn’t work, but he said to keep trying and he would call me the next day to see how it was doing and also would bring a new water line for my ice maker in the refrigerator (which he was supposed to have brought before). He never called and so I called and left several messages and texts which I have not gotten reply’s to as of yet. Service date was end of May several calls and texts were all through the month of June. I also found out there had been a recall on my dishwasher as a fire hazard and repairs were not to be made- so I paid for a new pump that should not have been put on ! Very disappointed in this company. Whatever it’s name Ace - Haynes - All Pro???). I do NOT recommend!

I had a terrible experience with Ace Appliance, also known has Haynes Appliance Repair. Didn't show up when they said they would. Lied to me about the part and then discovered when I had another repair company come out, that the Ace Repair broke the rail and the seal on my refrigerator. They refused to return the $149.00 they charged me and cost me another $500.00. Do not use these people, they are dishonest and don't know what they are doing.
