Tiffany, We are always disheartened when a customer is not satisfied with their project. Our company sincerely wishes that somehow, we could have provided you with a better understanding of what we were able to do and not do in your home. Primarily, this in regard to the medicine cabinet, as this was an item that you and your mother supplied for our company to install. We were contracted to only remove the old one and install the new one. Unfortunately, what you supplied had only trim on the exterior of the medicine cabinet and not on the inside, where usually an inner trim lip exists to conceal the opening cut out gaps. In addition, since the mirror was not an exact fit, as this was not a brand-new construction install but rather a close replacement to the original, we could only fill in the edge opening/gaps with caulk, as putting anything else in its place wouldn't have allowed the cabinet to close. However, we did take time to explain this to you and your mother prior to the installation and you all agreed to move forward with the install, instead of purchasing an alternate cabinet as we recommend would be better for a remodel application. Moreover, regarding the ceiling sheetrock, we were not contracted to perform any work on the ceiling, we were only contracted to paint it. So, if any cosmetic concerns are present, they would have been pre-existing. Regarding our staff or Gary’s ability to be onsite, we do provide our customers with a weekly schedule that is sent out each Saturday, listing the days for the following week that we will be there. We do state that our daily arrival times may and will vary on those days, and you may choose to be there or provide a key for that fact. We also allow customers to contact us once the schedule is sent out, as to notify us of any work or other scheduling conflicts that may pose an issue for us to be there working. We never received anything from you or your mother that work constraints existed, or we would have accommodated your schedule however possible. Overall, we feel that the bathroom turned out very nice and wish on the medicine cabinet that we would have different options to work with.
