With my company there is no job too big or too small we do it all we do everything from Landscaping to all the handyman services,my employes are drug tested &back ground checked & they personally are raines by me and only me ,i put all my eployees through the mill and i teach them how to great and respect all home owners and all customers and espicaly the new owners that are a potientally new buissnes and espicaly the repeat customers,i believe in the old ways ,word of mouth will and can make you and your company make it or break it ,it all dependa on the owner and his employees,hisemployees reflect on the owner and company ,thier craftamanship and skills and respect and cleanliness is a 100% must,@any time one of my employees step out of line or show any form of change in respect and cleanlines and change of any good habbits to bad they are investagated to the fullest by mean and ir any of form in menas of other ways if needa to be done.
