Lexington based Mulberry Builders is owned and operated by Chris and Chellie Mulberry. Our licensed team of professionals design and remodel anything from kitchens and baths, to basements and everything in between. We provide custom and semi-custom new home construction as well, and can cater to any budget. Just ask to see some of our predesigned plans that we can tailor to your needs. We also understand the importance of quality work and great service when it comes to dealing with something as personal as your home. That is why we will work with you step by step, making sure that the end product is something you love. So how did we get our start? Chris began rehabilitating abandoned properties in and around Lexington during the winter of 2005. It was then he discovered his passion for seeing old become new and house become Home. Having studied and gained experience in architecture, business, and construction, Chris decided to open a general contracting business, and Mulberry Builders was formed. In addition to rehabilitating properties, Chris started building a client base of people who saw the value Mulberry Builders could add to their home. Chellie became a team member in 2009 when she and Chris were married. Together they have built partnerships with their clients and community, making Home a better place for everyone.
