BEWARE! TRICKERY! DECEPTIVE! Brad Gross, the "owner" of Allstar Wildlife, came to my house on 3/21/22 to inspect what I thought was squirrels in my attic. He determined it is rats (allegedly). He set "traps" that date and said he'd return the next day to check them, feeling certain there'd be rats trapped. He returned 3/22/22 and there was nothing. He advised he'd return on 3/24/22 and certainly there would be at least one trapped. He came back again on 3/24/22 and again, nothing. At this visit he asked me for $150.00, assuring me we would eventually catch them....No contract yet given to me, no nothing in writing. However, I agreed and gave him $150.00 in cash. No receipt. He didn't come back at all Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday! On Monday I expressed my irritation in a nice but firm fashion. However, he was too busy at another job to deal with me and would get to me tomorrow (3/29) On the afternoon of Tuesday 3/29/22 I received an email with a line-item fix-it list (ie, closing up outdoor areas that he thinks the rats can get in by, yet I never saw any of these areas and I don't have any sort of open area to my house, Bio cleanup attic space, etc). The invoice also reflected the $150 paid for "trapping" and an eventual total amount of $570. He texted me on that afternoon (Tuesday 3/29) indicating he'd like to come by and check the traps. I replied that I was at work but would once again, leave early. I have now missed a total of 9 hours of work over the span of 1 week, with no results. He came to my house, collected the traps without speaking to me at all, and as he was walking out the front door I stopped him and asked if he'd caught anything. "Nothing", he said. I asked him what the plan was and he informed me I should find another company to help me. I asked him about the $150.00 I gave him just a few days ago on 3/24 and he said, "That was for trapping". I said, "You haven't trapped anything and now you're not even going to honor the contract you just sent me today... so you had me leave work early again just to come collect your traps." He said, "Well I didn't want to charge you for them." I then told him that I'd be leaving online reviews as this is trickery, deception, and bad business and he became irate, calling me names as he stormed out of my house, saying, 'I dare you, and I'll get you back'. I sent him one final text requesting he return the $150 I gave him, and I was met in return with a barrage of foul and hateful names and threats to sue me for slander. Do not do business with this 'man' (I use that term loosely). He obviously has no idea what he's doing, takes money from people before a job is completed or even partially completed, and then threatens and name calls. This is NOT someone you want in your home around your family. Additionally, requesting $150 should have been a red flag, but refusing to return it is an even bigger one! Do yourself a favor and let my mistake be your gain. Call another wildlife removal service! Call ANYONE BUT Allstar Wildlife or Brad Gross.

Do NOT use this company. Allstar wildlife, phone number 877-211-9453, or 803-748-7827, owner is Brad Goss. We contacted this company last summer July 2019 to remove bats in our chimneys and to cap our 3 fireplaces. They were unprofessional in that it was very difficult to get in contact with them, they never showed up on scheduled days and we weren't even made aware when they supposedly completed the work (we have no evidence they showed up because we were at work, but we trusted them and paid $2200 in full). A few months later we had bats in our chimney again. Allstar would not pick up the phone, they blatantly ignored our calls. Another local company told us our chimneys were not sealed, we do have bats again, and we will have to pay a similar amount again to actually have them sealed. When I finally got the very rude lady to answer the phone at Allstar (because I call from an unknown number), she blamed their unavailability on COVID for months (Feb-June). In June/July 2020 I was finally able to get in touch with her and she said they were sending a technician to look at the problem, yet she could never give me a time frame in which they would come and every day had an excuse why they did not show up. They never came. At this point, they have again begun ignoring all phone calls again and do not return any messages. We will be filing a suit against this company. DO NOT USE THEM.
