  | Cobblestone OTR | Dec 2018 | Neighborhood bar in Cincinnati's Over-The-Rhine District. Working within the existing 900 sq. ft. space, our design team developed an intimate bar where old meets new and lasting connections can be made. With a nod to the city’s history - paved streets, horse-drawn carriages and the old streetcar – the concept was brought forth through each aspect of the space. Bars are the great intersections of life. Cobblestone has brought new life and immense value to this historic neighborhood finishing an important corner of Washington Park in OTR. | $130k | Cincinnati, OH |
  | High-profile Flagship Retail | Oct 2016 | High-profile store located on Michigan Avenue in the heart of downtown Chicago. This project was designed by FRCH Design Worldwide (Cincinnati, OH), constructed by Retail Construction Services (Minnesota) and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.   | Orphanage & Education Center (Haiti) | Oct 2012 | In conjunction with UNITED SIKHS Humanitarian Aid and Hero Haiti, CHAATRIK Architecture led the design and development for a Haitian community displaced during the devastating 2010 Earthquake. While over 2 million Haitians lost their lives, this community was given a chance to relocate and rebuild. Working with Hildebrand Construction, the design of reinforced concrete dome structures ensured seismic resistant construction methods were employed, while providing a unique and serene environment to foster community education, growth and interaction. CHAATRIK Architecture was involved at the very early stages of conceptualization and branding, coordinating all aspects of the design, including the name, logo, graphics, menu and interior layout.
