My dog damaged my area rug. Called these guys. Told them what happened to my area rug, they were honest by saying they were not sure if it could be repaired, but they could schedule me for a free estimate to come out and look at it. If it could be repaired they would be able to fix it on scene. Ken came out took a look and said it could be fixed. He did a awesome job! It looks like nothing never happened!. And the price was very reasonable!

Had Ken to repair my carpet that my cat destroyed. He did a great job. It looks as though nothing happened!

Stay away!!! They ruined my hardwood floor!!! I wanted my floor to be cleaned in the high traffic area. They stripped the finish off in a number of places and damaged my baseboards with their machine. When I questioned the owner about it, he went silent and quickly packed up and drove away. Stay away! You have been warned!!! Hopefully they will do the right thing and contact me. It is not worth sacrificing integrity for money.
