The Handyman Service offers work in the following categories: Carpentry Kitchen and Bathroom Design and Remodeling Decks Windows Doors Siding Landscaping Plumbing Electrical Fixture Installation Tile Work Laminate and Wood Flooring We give Free Estimates for projects and Time and Material rates for service calls. Our rates are based on a $45.00 trip charge that also includes the first hour of work. The second hour and remainder of the projects labor will be billed at $30.00 per hour. Painting, Organization, and Cleaning at lower rates Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We will guarantee our workmanship for 90 days. This warranty covers the work that we have completed as described in our agreement or contract. We will also help you with any manufactures warranties on equipment we install.
