Tabitha Monroe and her partner showed up the first day, gave an estimate, and received payment. They showed up the following day with all the materials and painted for a few hours. Tabitha then confirmed several subsequent appointments, none of which she nor her team showed up to. She also took two, five-gallon buckets of paint from my property. Tabitha and her team have not responded to any communication for several weeks. I have filed complaint with Better Business Bureau of Florida, and have hired a lawyer on contingency to take them to small claims court for breach of contract.
