At first I was really happy with the work that was done. The following day after it was completed a leak from the return pipe came through my ceiling causing damage. Mitch did show up the next day to fix the air leak problem. He promise to fix the ceiling and he was supposed to replace the wall thermostat. I have called many times over the last few months with no return calls. I even understood the problems with his family sickness and just asked to please call or come fix the problem. I have had to repair my ceiling and had to buy another thermostat. Mitch is a good guy but failed to keep his word about repairs. I waited over a month with no results, this is why I am very disappointed in this. The work was done in October 2018 and as of today June 6, 2019 he hasn't contacted me. I hope if you do use his services, please take my advice and get everything in writing first.
