DJ Home Enterprises

A Contract was negotiated with TJ Homes Enterprises for a complete overall of a rental unit. The company's owner gave a good presentation, but, failed to deliver. Painting was made without preparation to the surfaces. Delays were frequent. And contact calls with the owner were not returned in a timely fashion. The contract was terminated; however, the owner refused a close out meeting in order to transfer materials and agree upon the final payment. New window coverings were left on the floor with old window coverings. As a result, I have to buy additional replacement parts for the windows. Paint cans were placed in the property owners trash instead of being professionally disposed of by the contractor - TJ Home Enterprises. Unprofessional experience with this contractor.
